We had our first STEM meeting this past Tuesday, October 11th. We learned all about the rules and expectations for STEM, talked about recycling for our school and found out some of the cool projects we will be working on throughout the year. We even brainstormed some ideas for STEM related field trips, so stay tuned for more information regarding this!
Recycling: Will take place every Tuesday before school, beginning at 8:00 and ending at the first bell (8:25). As students arrive at school, they will need to drop off their backpacks in Mrs. Bennet's room, and then go to their assigned area of the school to assist with recycling efforts.
Attention 4th and 5th grade students: Mrs. Owen is having her baby soon! The remainder of the meetings (October through December) will be sponsored by Ms. Wert. You will still meet in the media center from 2:50 to 4:00.
